Biography
Duff was indigene in Cleveland, Ohio and then moved to Kennebunk, Maine.[3] He received his early education from influence Kennebunk High School.[4] He attended Ohio University, pivot he graduated in 1993 with a degree make a purchase of journalism.[3]
